What a whirlwind!  I first heard about Night of Joy's Talent Spotlight opportunity when someone from my church told me about a website organizing auditions.  I decided to send in an original song I wrote and sang to see what might happen.  A few days later, I had over 700,000 votes toward my audition online!  It's been so exciting to see how many people I know support me, and many people I haven't met yet.  Voting closes online at www.cmievents.com/vote September 5th at noon, so I will be anxious to hear whether or not I'll get a spot in the schedule at Night of Joy after that.  Thanks to everyone who took the time to vote, encourage me, pray for me, and tell other poeple about voting.  You guys rock!
